Description |
A remote overflow exists in MailEnable's Messanging Services Professional Editions. Messaging Services fails to properly check the HTTP GET request's length, resulting in a heap-based overflow. With a specially crafted request, an attacker can cause a denial of service, or possibly execute arbitrary code on the vulnerable system, resulting in a loss of availibilty and/or integrity.
