Description

An overflow exists in Quicktime. Quicktime fails to check the boundaries of integer values correctly, resulting in an integer overflow. The overflow is present in the procesing of the 'height', 'width', 'strips' and 'bands' fields of a TIFF image. With a specially crafted request, an attacker can potentially cause execution of arbitrary code, resulting in a loss of integrity.
