Description

ProManager contains a flaw that allows a remote attacker to view files outside of the web path. The issue is due to the inc/config.php file not properly sanitizing user input, specifically directory traversal style attacks (../../) supplied via the language variable(s).

Solution

Currently, there are no known upgrades or patches to correct this issue. It is possible to correct the flaw by implementing the following workaround(s): set the include directory outside the webserver path so that it is inaccessible to browsers. This will require configuring the include_path in php.ini such that the ProManager inc directory is included.
