Description

IBM Lotus Mobile Connect contains a flaw that may allow a remote denial of service. The issue is triggered when the Connection Manager, when HTTP-AS is enabled, fails to properly process TCP connection requests, allowing a remote attacker to cause a denial of service by making many connection requests with a 'timing hole' that trigger 'queue size delta errors'.
