Description

IBM Rational ClearQuest Web Client contains a flaw related to the 'restricted user' limitations. The issue is triggered when a remote authenticated attacker uses a modified record number in the URL for a RECORD action. This may allow an attacker to use a modified bookmark to bypass user limitations and read arbitrary records.
