WebKit contains a use-after-free error in the 'CSSRuleList::deleteRule' [WebCore/css/CSSRuleList.cpp] and 'CSSStyleSheet::deleteRule' functions [WebCore/css/CSSStyleSheet.cpp] that is triggered when deleting CSS rules. With a specially crafted web page, a context-dependent attacker can dereference already freed memory and potentially execute arbitrary code.

It has been reported that this issue has been fixed. Upgrade to version 1.2.7, or higher, to address this vulnerability.

Upgrade to Google Chrome version 8.0.552.237, or higher, to address this vulnerability.
