Description

libpng contains a flaw in the handling of PNG files. The issue is due to an error within the 'png_handle_sCAL()' function in pngrutil.c when handling certain sCAL chunks. With a specially crafted PNG file, a context-dependent attacker can corrupt memory to cause a denial of service or potentially execute arbitrary code.
