A memory corruption flaw exists in WebKit, as it fails to sanitize unspecified user-supplied input, resulting in memory corruption. With a specially crafted web page, a context-dependent attacker can execute arbitrary code.

OSVDB is not currently aware of a solution for this vulnerability.

Upgrade to Apple Safari version 5.1 or 5.0.6 or higher, as they have been reported to fix this vulnerability. An upgrade is required as there are no known workarounds.
