Description

Google Chrome contains a weakness when installing NPAPI extensions as no dialog is displayed when using the interface on chrome://extensions in developer-mode to load an unpacked extension containing a NPAPI plugin. Combined with another vulnerability, this may allow arbitrary NPAPI plugins to be installed.

Solution
