Description

Jetty contains a flaw that may allow a remote denial of service. The issue is triggered when an attacker sends multiple crafted parameters which trigger hash collisions, and will result in loss of availability for the program via CPU consumption.

OSVDB is not currently aware of a solution for this vulnerability for Jetty.

For IBM WebSphere Operational Decision Management users, it has been reported that this issue has been fixed in version 8.0.0.1. For InfoSphere Data Replication Dashboard and Replication Server, it has been it has been reported that this issue has been fixed in version 10.2.
