Description

Bitcoin contains a flaw related to wallet.dat. The issue is triggered by a padding weakness in the AES encryption. This may allow an attacker to more easily conduct brute force attacks.

Solution

Currently, there are no known workarounds or upgrades to correct this issue. However, a patch has been committed to the CVS/GIT repository that addresses this vulnerability.
