Description

Google Skia contains an out-of-bounds read flaw in the 'SkPath::transform' function [core/SkPath.cpp] that is triggered when performing fast transforms. With specially crafted input, a context-dependent attacker can crash an application linked against the library or potentially disclose heap memory.

Solution

It has been reported that this issue has been fixed. Upgrade to revision 5042, or higher, to address this vulnerability.

Upgrade to Google Chrome version 22.0.1229.79 or higher, as it has been reported to fix this vulnerability. An upgrade is required as there are no known workarounds.
