D-Link DIR-300 and DIR-615 contain a flaw that is due to the program failing to properly validate input passed via the 'exeshell' parameter upon submission to the /tools_system.xgi script. This may allow a remote attacker to start a telnetd to compromise the device or potentially execute arbitrary commands.
